My journey from academia to the world of soft skills training reflects a deep commitment to fostering both personal and professional growth. Transitioning from the lecture hall to the training room has allowed me to combine my passion for education with a focus on interpersonal development. With a background as a Professor, I have extensive experience in guiding individuals toward intellectual and personal growth, drawing on my expertise in pedagogy, curriculum design, and communication. Now, as a soft skills trainer, I leverage this foundation to help individuals develop crucial skills that go beyond traditional academic boundaries.

Throughout my career, I’ve mentored and trained over 1,500 students and corporate professionals, equipping them with essential communication, public speaking, interview preparation, and body language skills. I’ve worn many hats, including academician, associate dean, mentor, trainer, researcher, program head, and administrator, giving me a unique ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and navigate complex environments.
